[RC232] I discover that when I start the system, CONFIG pin is low and UART is not initialised. I think it is a mistake and can create some problems. Can you comfirm?

If the config pin is low when you start, all the bytes sent to the module afterwards will be interpreted as commands. This can cause an unwanted configuration change (i.e. M command).
