[TINYMESH] How can I use Tinymesh with pulse counter?

For pulse counter see page 36-37 in the Data Sheet. You can setup the IMA message to be sent regularly based on a timer (Configuration address 85) and you can set the IMA message to include the Pulse counter bytes (Configuration address 106).
