If the config memory is corrupted by incomplete write process or similar, also the UART data rate setting might have been altered. You can then try look at the TXD line with a scope, to look for” >” but at a different data rate. If you reset the module by Reset pin and hold Config pin low at the same time, it will boot up into Config mode and give the prompt.
