SIGFOX only allows 4 acknowledgement packets per day. It is up to the user how he uses it. In this case, I would suggest to send only 4 packets/day to the cloud, and if acknowledgment is received, then the packet was pushed to the cloud from the base station. If ack is missing, the transmission need to be repeated, but max 140 times/day.
