[RC232] Can I reduce the time when using the S command to read the RSSI? It takes 19ms

Please note that RC1680HP has two different RSSI reading in configuration mode. The commands are ‘S’ and ‘s’. The Small s should be used for fastest response time as it is typ 1.6 ms compare to S response of 19 ms.
