[NARROWB] What is the effect on range if I use higher data rates to reduce the transmission duration?

There are some general rule of thumbs that can be used: Doubling the data rate give 3dB less sensitivity. 4x data rate give 6 dB less sensitivity. 6 dB less sensitivity is used as approximate 50 % range. Example; 2.4 kb/s =   x meters, 9.6 kb/s =  x/2 meters, 38.4 kb/s = x/4 meters, etc.
