This is possible because the Mesh Modbus Extender is supported by our wireless Sub-GHz mesh module, RIIM, which converts the Modbus RTU signal into a wireless Modbus signal while maintaining the standard Modbus protocol.
In addition, by using a wireless Sub-GHz mesh solution you can get long range inside buildings with reinforced concrete to reach even the farthest device. The efficient penetration properties of a Sub-GHz solution also enables highly reliable, low latency, and high data throughput communication within challenging indoor environments like an indoor parking lot.
