[RC232] We use 2 Radiocrafts devices on the same board, do I need an extra EMI cage as shielding to avoid any EMI issues?

Additional EMI cage will not give much of improvement. The module is shielded already and EMI coupling will eventually go from antenna to antenna. This can obviously not be shielded, but placement will make a difference. If possible, the best approach is to have the module on each side of the board and separated with a solid ground plane.
