[RC232] Are the Settings made during Configuration persistent, or do these settings need to be made each time the device is powered on ?

Settings in configuration memory is stored in flash and kept after power cycle.  Due to flash write limitation we also include some RAM command for parameters to be changed regularly. See User Manual for details.
