[ANT] I would like to ask you if you have some reference design for usage of chip antenna with 868 MHz RC1181-TM.

We do not have reference design with chip antenna. Best advice is to contact chip antenna manufacturer. They will help you with reference design. You should add a pi filter between the antenna and module to have the option to tune the antenna if needed.
