We are look for talented individuals in the roles of:
Senior/Lead Firmware Embedded Engineer
In this role you will be working with:
- Development of radio protocols for RF modules in the 169-2450 MHz range
- Wireless communication protocols based on IEEE 802.15.4 for industrial IoT
- State-of-the-art SoC (System on Chip) with ARM processors
- Embedded microcontroller system-programming, RTOS, C-programming in a Linux environment
- Development of custom specific products and application specific solutions
- Effective CI/CD workflow
About you:
As a member of a small, dedicated team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of firmware for our infrastructure devices. You will also help maintain and develop our build system and development processes. Your engineering expertise will be challenged by embedded programming for battery-powered devices, radio communication protocols, security, signal processing, and much more. As a Senior/Lead Firmware Embedded Engineer, you will play an important role in driving our development projects forward, acting as a technical mentor for team members and as a sparring partner to our R&D Director on matters of architecture and work task prioritization.
We believe that you have:
- A passion for microcontroller programming at a deep level (16/32 bit) and wireless communication.
- Knowledge of cloud solutions, scripting (Python), and Linux.
- An interest in security and encryption methods for embedded communication systems.
- Strong self-leadership skills and the ability to handle complex information and systems in a holistic manner.
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, as we have global clients.

(Senior) Technical Sales Manager For German Market
In your role, you manage partners and distributors, expand the existing customer network and generate new leads. With a pioneering spirit and a direct line to the company’s own development department, you ensure that products are continually developed based on customer needs.
We are looking for candidates from the areas of sales or business development with relevant experience in selling technological products and applications that require explanation in the B2B environment and who enjoy building customers and structures in a growth market.
Tasks:
- Strategic identification of new markets, sales and application opportunities for highly innovative products
- Establishment and expansion of a professional sales structure in Germany; gradual expansion to Central Europe
- Identifying, approaching and acquiring new customers with innovation needs in Germany
- Strategic development of key accounts
- Customer support throughout the entire sales cycle from initial contact to on-site implementation of solutions
- Visits to industry-relevant trade fairs, events and networking events
Profile:
- Successfully completed technical studies, e.g. in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, measurement technology, industrial engineering or similar.
- Relevant experience in technical sales of products requiring explanation in the B2B environment
- Ideally, initial experience in product development and/or research & development
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking combined with strategic foresight
- Confident and effective presentation skills
- Strong hunter mentality with a strong customer and results focus
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English, willingness to travel within Germany approx. 60%
