[RC232] What is the maximum output power for RC1190-RC232 in 900MHz band, 5dBm or 9dBm?

Upper two settings for power is correctly +5 dBm and +9 dBm. Max output for FCC compliance is -1 dBm and upper setting is for this reason not recommended.
