[RC232] In your schematic i can see four connections on the RF Antenna port, A66 0 Ohm Resistor to a LGA Pad, L-Bead to Connector P6, Resistor to UFL Connector P3 ,Resistor to hole. Which of them are necessary for the antenna?

In general, use a shunt and a series element at the output of the RF-pin towards antenna, to allow for slight impedance tuning if required.
