[W-MBUS] I would like to know what is the exact configuration and settings on the MBUS Demo tool to setup a repeater between a slave and a master?

The repeater must be set in S-mode or T1 mode and it will only repeat SND-NR or SND-IR messages according the OMS. Try to repeat your test in T1 mode and verify that you send and SND-IR or SND-NR. If you still get it to work only in ‘accept all’ mode for the master it may be that you have installed the slave address incorrectly. Check Most significant byte vs Least Significant Byte order for the A-field and M field.
