[RIIM] The sleeping leaf node current consumption is stated to be ~5uA/25uA for standard and high power modules. Does this include the RF activity required by radio protocol, and if yes, at which power level is TX operating?

The Leaf node consumption of ~5uA/25uA is only for background traffic and network maintenance. It does not include Data Payload packet Tx and Rx.
