Most modules will not be harmed by ultrasonic cleaning, but some modules containing SAW filters shall not be cleaned using ultra sound, as this may damage the filters. In particular this apply to the RC11xxHP (HP variant only) and RC16x0 (not RC1682 or RC1692HP) series. Information on required caution with respect to ultrasonic cleaning is pointed out in the relevant datasheets.
