[NARROWB] Is the new “NB-IoT” a narrowband system?

Although NB stands for narrowband, the radio system is not narrowband in the normal use of the term (as used in ETSI EN 300 220, for example). As NB-IoT is using 200 kHz channels it is not narrowband as commonly known, but it is for sure much more narrow than the bandwidths typically used by cellular based systems (GSM, GPRS, LTE etc). Hence, they do not achieve the same benefits as with a real industrial grade narrowband system such as implemented in RC12xx and RC17xx series of modules from Radiocrafts.
