For optimum performance we recommend to keep the distance from RF_OUT to the antenna connector as short as possible. Of it is a long track you need to use a 50 ohm line, but for short distanced it is not critical. It is however a good approach to add a pi filter between the module and the antenna to have full flexibility with antenna matching etc. Note also that we do NOT recommend to use via under the module as vias normally has pore solder resist and may give electrical connection to the vias under the module.
