[HW11XX;12XX] Please confirm the width of the PCB trace from the RF pin of the RC1140-RC232 to the copper pad we use to connect a wire antenna in order to achieve 50 ohms?

The line width depends on the board thickness and dielectric constant. There are several microstrip calculators online that will help you to calculate this.
