[RC232] Regarding the RC1740HP-RC232, when referring to the region “worldwide”, what does that mean? What certification is available for “worldwide”?

“Worldwide” means 433 MHz is used in many countries around the world, but there are no true “worldwide” certification. We issue DoC for RED in Europe. Further information on regulation compliance is also found in the data sheet. But for country specific information you need to refer to local national radio regulations and check if 433 MHz is license free and the maximum allowed output power as this may be different. In most regions where this frequency band is allowed, you are only allowed to transmit 10 dBm (whereas the RC1740HP-RC232 can do 27 dBm).
