[SIGFOX] Are the modules certified for FCC and Australia are exactly the same (hardware-wise) and if so, how they are switched to work under FCC or Australian standards

How to configure the module is described in details in the User Manual . For selecting frequency domain you configure the RF_FREQUENCY_DOMAIN.
