The radio module itself if CE marked as it has been assessed to all relevant regulations. By following the application guidelines the end product design should also meet the radio regulations. As the end product will normally contain other electronics and interfaces, it is generally necessary to do an EMI assessment of the complete product. It is the responsibility of the end product maker that the complete product meets the regulations.
