[W-MBUS] I would like to ask you, if the 1701HP uses 5V or 3.3V logic level for the I/O’s (CONFIG, RESET, etc.)

Thank you for your interest in our RC1701HP. VCC and VCC_PA use 3.3V as stated in data sheet. In general you should use the same level on your CPU as for the Module in order to connect the I/O without level converters.
