The repeater must be set in S-mode or T1 mode and it will only repeat SND-NR or SND-IR messages according the OMS. Try to repeat your test in T1 mode and verify that you send and SND-IR or SND-NR. If you still get it to work only in ‘accept all’ mode for the master it may be that you have installed the slave address incorrectly.
