[WN] What is a Mesh network?

It is a network laid out in a Mesh topology where the nodes also re-transmit data from other nodes, whereby the need for an access point is removed or reduced.

The advantage of a Mesh network is that it is scalable ( it is very easy to add a new node ) and robust (the network will continue to operate even if one node goes down).

The draw back is that the individual nodes needs to be complex to handle data from many other nodes, has a relatively high latency that can change if nodes are added or removed, and due to the complexity will use more power. We support TinyMesh and ZigBee/6LoWPAN mesh networks
