[ZNM/W-MBUS] Does the Zigbee module such as RC2400-ZNM have the same footprint as the OMS \RC1180-MBUS3? If yes, is our OMS board could be used also for the Zigbee module?
[ZNM] What HW/FW will you send me? If I receive HW 3.2 that’s a different product than 2.1 – according to the PCN there is a difference in layout, PCB material and thicker chipset.
[ZNM] We are using RC2400HP-ZNM for street smart lightning. We want to connect the lamps to the corresponding gateways.
[ZNM] Regarding the software Smart RF packet sniffer : It is possible to see the data that we send from one board to other board ?
[ZNM] Regarding decoupling, the datasheet does not mention the decoupling capacitors required to supply the module. Are they integrated into the module?
[ZNM] In the RC1180 datasheet it is stated that the tolerance is +/- 2% in transmission and reception. In transmission the radio module has good communication quality. What is the tolerance of the RC1180 in reception mode?
[ZNM] I’ve been going through your datasheet of the RC2300-ZNM module. I guess that your are using the TI CC2430 under the hood. Two MCU’s for an on/off switch sounds expensive. Isn’t it possible to bind IO of RC2300-ZNM module to a specific configured application endpoint on the same module?
[ZNM] Could you confirm that the RC2400 HP ZNM are using Z stack revision 2.3.0 . It is possible to have Z stack revision 3.0?
[ZNM] “We use the Zigbee Network module RC241x/RC241xHP and we would like to know if this devices are ESD sensible. Can you give us the ESD sensibility? ‘”
[ZNM] “We have started a design with TI’s ZNP solution (CC2530). We where also interested in adding the PA/LNA chip (CC2591) for extended range. Based on what I found on the web, this is the same architecture you use in your RC2400HP-ZNM module. I like this module because it’s very compact. My first question would be if we can use the ZNP version of the stack with this? I would guess so, but a confirmation would be appreciated. I’m interested to do a comparison between building our own PCB with TI parts or simply integrate your module. “
[ZNM] “We are still looking at the RC2400HP-ZNM module. If we want to save on the certification cost for FCC and ETSI, what approach would you recommend? Do you offer this module with a ceramic chip antenna? If so, could you provide details about range, radiation pattern and layout recommendations of such module? “
[ZNM] “We are little bit confused about sending data. Do we need to send data shown in example with space or can we send data continuously. For example, we are gonna send data as FE 01 41 00 00 40, do we need to send space between each byte or can we send data as FE0141000040? “
[ZNM] “I’m developing a Zigbee application with your product, RC2400HP-ZNM(SN : RC2400HP 201026). The moudule is controlled via SPI as attached drawings. When I execute H/W reset to ZNM, I can see “”SRDY”” to “”low”” and the result of POLL command is “”064180010200020300″”. I think it’s the value of “”SYS_RESET_IND””, is it right? “
[ZNM] “For executing “”SYS_RESET_REQ”” command, I’ve processed as follows; set “”MRDY and SS”” to “”low”” & check the status of “”SRDY”” to “”low”” -> in host processor, sent “”SYS_RESET_REQ”” command -> waited the result of “”SDRY”” to “”high””, but not appeared “
