[HW11XX;12XX] We have many production failures using RC1180HP module, what can be the problem?

The RC1180HP module (as wells as the other modules in the RC11xxHP high power series) does contain a SAW filter. The SAW filter can be damaged if the circuit board is using ultrasonic cleaning. Ultrasonic cleaning shall therefore not be used for these modules and it may create permanent damage. There is a note in the data sheet about this.
