RC1190-RC232 conforms with regulation for operation under FCC CRF 47 part 15, but is not FCC certified. Note that it is the final application that need to be FCC certified and not part of the product. If we certify the module we have to include an antenna and the costumer must reuse exactly this antenna during their type approval. For this reason we do not FCC certify the US modules, but we ensure that they complies with US regulations. Note that this is also the case for RC1090 and RC1290.
