[GENERAL] We are a production company that is assembling PCBs. One of the PCB that we are making has a Radiocrafts RC2411-HP-AT mounted. During the reflow process the module starts floating and is creating short-circuits between his pads under need the module. Can you advise use how to avoid this?

To me it sound like you use to much solder paste and/or pads to close to each other on the PCB. Did you follow the Soldering Profile recommendation in the data sheet and the PCB layout recommendation in data sheet ?
