[TINYMESH] We need to power end device from 3xAAA cell (4.5V). The maximum pulse current of RC1180HP-TM is 560mA. In this case we need to use LDO for such current and their Iq are big. Do you have any recommendations how to solve this. In this application we have no external processor, we would like to use only inbuilt features of the Radiocrafts.

4.5V is clearly too high, and you need a regulator. We do not have experience with such high current regulators with low Iq; but you could ask suppliers like Texas Instruments (they took over National Semiconductor).
