[RC232] Have your heard of Modbus… do you have any experience..?

Modbus is a protocol which normally uses RS485 as the physical layer. Data can be sent transparent over one of our modules named RC1180-RC232 (same part as wireless M-Bus 868 MHz
but the protocol is transparent, i.e. sending any modbus-data in one end will cause identical modbus data in the other end).
When it comes to the interpretation of the data we unfortunately have very little experience. Only experience we have is replacing the RS485 cable with a Wireless replacement.
